Most ConTech implementations fail to deliver their full value. The reasons are well understood: incorrect fit, inadequate setup, superficial training, proficient users leaving, poor succession planning in people and IP and lack of ongoing optimisation. Co-Site exists to close that gap — helping organisations select the right software, configure it correctly, upskill their people, and produce outputs required.

Principal consultant

Co-Site is led by its founder, Ian Hauptfleisch. Almost three decades of customer service and leadership across business development, product, implementation, training and support — combined with the commercial perspective of someone who has helped define, develop and realise Candy's, next generation and allied construction software's value proposition for over 27 years — across Cost Estimating, Quantity Takeoff, Scheduling, Forecasting, Project & Cost Management and Earned Value Management (EVM), providing a perspective few in the market can match.
